"Hide your helmet" is 100% cosmetic so, I feel that, this is a perfectly reasonable feature to charge CC for. Features like "Equip Artifacts" are closer to the frequent Pay-to-Play complaint but I can also understand their reasoning: Someone has to pay real-world money to "keep the lights on." #2.

However, this option is only available to subscribers or those who buy the unlock "Customization Control: Hide Head Slot." If you are free to play, you can try sending an email to [email protected]. Maybe they will fix it for you, but they don't have a very good track record helping free players.
