WebDec 15, 2007 · You can't cap the return from the FASS to the tank. It has to return some fuel or it won't operate correctly. It's a balancing act between the FASS and the ITP. If your pressure is set too high on the ITP you won't get any return through your heads/ITP and it will act like a deadhead system.
